Richard (Rick) Warren Attebury, 61, passed away Saturday, January 28th, 2017 four days after suffering a major heart attack. He was born February 3, 1955 in Ft. Ord, California to Warren Keith Attebury and Marilyn Attebury.
Rick attended Hartnell College and completed his sheet metal workers apprenticeship at Val's Plumbing & Heating, joining the trade with his father. He was a member of Sheet Metal Workers' Local Union No. 104 for many years prior to starting Attebury Heating & Sheet metal. 
An avid technology and tool enthusiast, Rick used every new job as a new "tool opportunity". Later in life he enjoyed doing a "little of this and little of that" as he would say, but most of all enjoyed video chatting with his grand children. 
He was preceded in death by his father, Warren Attebury, and brother, Ted Attebury.
Rick is survived by his mother, Marilyn Attebury; brother, Timothy Attebury; son Jonathan Attebury; daughters, Kristin Hawkins and Selena Hamilton; longtime Partner Kendra Rule; grand-children Kaylin and Colton Attebury, Irie and Maxx Contreres and Abigail Hawkins.
